The Caesar salad was the most popular choice. This is because it is at 35% of the entire 100%.
The Taco salad was the least popular choice. This is because it is at 10% of the entire 100%
If 400 people were surveyed, the number of people to chose each type of salad is:

Taco salad: \frac{10}{100} \times 400 = 40 people.

Caesar salad :\frac{35}{100} \times 400 = 140 people.

Spinach salad : \frac{17}{100} \times 400 = 68 people.

Garden salad : \frac{13}{100} \times 400 = 52 people.

Chef salad : \frac{25}{100} \times 400 = 100 people.
