This depends on where you are on earth.

Closer to the equator, the summer days are around 12 hours. As one goes North to higher latitudes, the summer days get longer.

I remember seeing the sun set around 9pm in Atlanta, Georgia in the US. In Alaska, sunset was after 11pm and the sunrise was around 3am.

If you go further north, the days will be 24 hours long.
