We have to determine the function value from the graph provided

-3 is the input or the x-value. and the output of the function will be the y value.

We will find-3 on the x-axis as shown in the graph below

Then move up and we can see the function value is the y-value which is 1

So, f(-3) = 1

This means that the function will contain a x value of -3 and a y value of 1
