Factors of 2x^{2} = 2x \times 2x

Factors of 8x = 2x \times 4. This is because we already have 2x outside the grid and only when we multiply 2x with 4 we get 8x.

Factor of 3x = 3 \times x

Factor of 12 = 3\times 4
