STEP 2: Evaluate the given function

We are given the function h(x) = x^{2}+2

We have to evaluate the function h(2x-2)

In place of the variable x we plug in 2x-2

So, h(2x-2) = (2x-2)^{2}-2

= (4x^{2}-8x +4-2)

= 4x^{2}-8x+2

So, h(2x-2) = 4x*{2}-8x+2
