Its Graham crackers because for a quick snack you would have crackers and for a small mal you could have a goldfish. That's my opinion at least.

i prefer gold fish becuase there nice and good and salty and i like them and there cool and there are nice pans at the store to bake them with eggs

graham crackers due to its large source of sugar. In some articles going around sugar is said to be more addictive than most drugs. The difference is drugs are illegal and graham crackers are not. Goldfish on the other hand creates bad habits of lust for fish. After too much consumption one may find real fish appetizing. This is more alarming than a heroin addiction because you can make friends while being addicted to heroin, but you cant make friends while being addicted to eating gold fish from pet store across the street.
