HOw much can we see if we actually used our eyes to full capacity?

You do use your eyes to "full capacity". You are already seeing everything that your eyes are capable of sensing. What you see is determined by your eyes and how your brain interprets the signals from your eyes. Other insects and animals have different types of eyes and brains, so they see the world differently. But we are limited by human eyes and human brains.
