Help with objective pronouns in Spanish

I found the following mapping on objective pronouns in Realidades-II textbook. Can somebody please create a 1-on-1 mapping from English to Spanish. The vocab list has combined the pronouns together and it's hard to understand which English pronoun maps to which Spanish pronoun. E.g. lo and lo, what do they map to in English?
me ... me
te ... you (fam.)
lo, la ... him, her, it, you
nos ... us
os ... you (fam.)
los, las ... them, you
