STEP 2: Graph the inequality

When there is a < or a > sign in the inequality, it means we have an open circle/point. This means that the value is not included in the graph

When there is a \leq or \geq sign, it means we have a closed circle/point. This means we have to include the point on the graph.

Since x<-2 we highlight all the values less than -2. Since -2 is not included in the graph we put an open circle on -2
