Here is a good source for how to create a works cited page. Search for any article you want to generate an MLA citation for. You can search (for example) using the title of the document. For example, if I wanted to generate MLA format for my IEEE article on "Partial Update LMS Algorithms," I simply search for it in Google Scholar, find the article I am interested in and click on "cite" given below the article. It pops up a window and gives you a variety of formats you can cite the article in. Here is the MLA format for my article. Godavarti, Mahesh, and Alfred O. Hero. "Partial update LMS algorithms."
