The equations given are,

2y + 7 = 3x \rightarrow equation 1

3x - 2y = 1 \rightarrow equation 2.

Write these in slope intercept form and solve them

2y = 3x - 7

-2y = -3x + 1

-------------------------

-7 = 1 ( the x and the y variables gets cancelled)

This is not true since -7 \neq 1

This means that there are no solutions to this system of linear equations.
