While you are submitting your question there is a visible to option. Under that what do you mean by FAQ?

It means that if you want your question to be visible to public or not. If you were a member of a circle, this option would appear in the drop down box. Since you are not a member of any circle, this will not apply to you. You will see only two options - public or all - both of which are basically the same. I don't understand about the FAQ bit though. It will help if you can take a snap shot of what you see and upload it.

FAQ is another circle. Think of a circle as a group - only members of that group see questions posted to that circle.

Questions regarding how Qalaxia works are good candidates to post to the FAQ circle.
